A lead lands in New Wave's pipeline. The qualifier decides if it's their work or off-scope. Off-scope leads route into the Blueprint pool and get matched to members in the right trade and area.

Member-to-member
A member has work they can't take. They post the referral with their own terms and fee %. The engine fans it out to members whose trade, service area, and current capacity fit the job. The first matching member to claim gets the introduction.
